Love can never happen when you want it to!

Love is that emotion which is its' own master. It will never listen to you and the funniest fact is, it will never abandon you as well. It is that "apple tart" of your life which no matter how much you try to finish, does not get over. It makes you laugh, it makes you cry but at the same time makes you reach the sky! Without love your life is like Niagara Falls without "water".
Love does not and should not ask for anything in return. It should just stay with you and rejuvenate your soul every moment. But, one thing that life has taught me is that love should never be hidden. It needs to be expressed and that too, without fear. You may fall in love anytime in your life and with the strangest person you could ever think of, but never be shy in expressing your feelings. For you never know where your life is going to lead you to with that one confession. Life, I believe, gets going with love. If you have not fallen in love throughout your life, then my friend, your wrong in judging yourself. Do not try to personify your love, because love does not demand it. You can fall in love with your wardrobe or computer as well. This verse of mine stresses on this aspect of life: Identifying love before it's too late!

"With the first monsoon shower-

Comes the refreshing smell of red earth,
The flapping of the white wings of the dove;
Can anyone surpass-
The first feeling of love?

Comes the rose petals with sprinkled dewdrops,
The heartwarming smile on the farmer's face...
What? You still can't feel the love?
Oh! What a disgrace.

Look at that soul that's screaming within;
Those drops pouring as the rain,
What is it that you are made of, dear?
Can't you feel the pain?

Break off those barriers that's bothering you,
Let go, let go off your soul..
Come and hold these hands of mine
I'll take you there-there-
Where we can live as a whole."

  1. The problem with most of the budding new generation love is the fact that it brings with it a burden of expectation, mostly one-sided expectations which tries to pull down the actual essence of the "bird" like feeling that love brings along with it....
    But I would like to add that I seem to be one of the few lucky ones you see....

    1. A very well framed comment I must say. To add to your lines, even I seem to be one of the few lucky ones because I have you with me!
